Terms & Conditions

At Lakshmi Saraswati Chemicals and Organics Pvt. Ltd., we aim to maintain transparency and mutual understanding in all our business transactions. Below are our standard terms and conditions:

• All prices are subject to change without prior notice based on market fluctuations.

• Prices quoted are exclusive of applicable taxes, duties, and transportation (unless specified otherwise).

• Payments must be made as per the agreed credit terms mentioned in the invoice or purchase order.

• Delayed payments beyond the credit period may attract additional interest charges.

• For new clients, advance payment or part advance may be required.

• Delivery timelines will be communicated at the time of order confirmation.

• While we strive to ensure on-time delivery, delays due to unforeseen circumstances (transport strikes, natural calamities, etc.) shall not be held against us.

• Freight and transportation charges are borne by the buyer unless agreed otherwise.

• Products are tested and dispatched only after meeting our internal quality standards.

• Any discrepancy or damage must be reported within 48 hours of receipt.

• Orders once confirmed cannot be canceled without written approval.

• Returns will only be accepted in case of manufacturing defects or wrong product delivery.

• No returns will be accepted for opened or used goods.

• All disputes are subject to Hyderabad, Telangana jurisdiction only.

• For export clients, all terms including payment (LC/Advance), shipment, and documentation will be finalized before order confirmation.

• IEC and other statutory compliance documents will be provided on request.
